On May 22nd, 2023, the High Court made a Group Litigation Order relating to a Group Action to be pursued against Mercedes-Benz Group AG (formerly Daimler AG), Mercedes-Benz AG, Mercedes-Benz UK Limited (formerly: mercedes-Benz Cars UK Limited), Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK Limited, Mercedes-Benz Retail Group UK Limited, as well as authorised dealerships by individuals or businesses who owned or leased or otherwise acquired vehicles manufactured by Mercedes-Benz Group AG and/or Mercedes-Benz AG and were owned or obtained on finance or leased by a Claimant between 2009 – 2021.
